Terms of Service

These terms describe Remdo as a marketplace where customers post tasks and independent providers choose whether to make offers.

Updated June 5, 2026.

Marketplace role

Remdo provides software for discovery, profiles, task intake, matching, offers, messaging, location sharing where relevant, reviews, support, and moderation. Remdo is not the employer, courier, transport company, postal operator, handyperson contractor, or direct service provider for customer tasks.

Customer and provider relationship

Customers publish task requests and choose whether to accept an offer from an independent provider. Providers decide whether to be available, respond, make an offer, accept a selected task, and perform the service. Any task service relationship is between the customer and the selected provider.

Payments for tasks

In the current direct-payment model, customers pay providers directly by cash or another direct arrangement agreed between them. Remdo does not collect customer task payments, hold funds, operate escrow, maintain stored balances, or pay providers for customer tasks.

United States payment boundary

For United States operations, Remdo remains outside customer-provider task funds: no task payment collection, escrow, wallet balance, split-pay, money transmission, provider payouts, or stored balances are enabled unless a separate payments legal review approves that model. Web provider subscription access may be billed through Stripe under the approved billing company; native app subscriptions must use App Store or Google Play billing when the iOS or Android apps are submitted.

Montenegro launch boundary

Montenegro is approved and open as the second launch market after the United States. Montenegro AI matching signals, cities, and providers may be presented publicly only within the approved country gate, public legal pages, direct-payment boundary, provider-independence controls, prohibited-request rules, and provider-responsibility warnings recorded for Montenegro.

Montenegro payment boundary

For Montenegro operations, Remdo remains outside customer-provider task funds: customers and providers arrange task payment directly, and Remdo does not collect cash, hold funds, operate escrow, run a wallet, split task payments, or pay providers for customer tasks unless a separate Montenegro payments review approves that model.

Provider subscription

Remdo may charge providers a subscription fee for access to marketplace tools. A subscription does not guarantee task volume, earnings, customer selection, route quality, customer payment, or uninterrupted access.

International markets

Remdo can operate in multiple countries and cities. Availability of AI matching, providers, language support, payments, prohibited items, responsibility warnings, and legal requirements may differ by country. A market should not be treated as publicly launched until local legal review and operational approval are complete.

User responsibilities

Customers must describe tasks honestly, provide accurate locations and instructions, and avoid unlawful, unsafe, misleading, abusive, or prohibited requests. Providers are responsible for deciding whether they are legally, practically, and safely able to provide a service in the relevant country.

United States provider classification

For United States operations, providers remain independent marketplace users: they choose availability, offers, prices, acceptance, route practicality, work method, and whether to refuse tasks. Remdo does not assign shifts, require acceptance, set customer task prices, guarantee earnings, require exclusivity, or control how providers perform customer tasks.

Montenegro provider responsibility

For Montenegro operations, providers must confirm that they have the legal right to provide selected services in Montenegro, including any required entrepreneur, company, craft, tax, work-authorization, invoice, permit, insurance, hygiene, transport, tourism, or service-specific obligations.

Safety and moderation

The platform may restrict accounts, moderate reviews, review disputes, and remove content or requests that appear unsafe, unlawful, misleading, or outside marketplace rules.

United States reviews rule

Reviews should reflect real task experience. Users must not buy, sell, fake, suppress, or manipulate reviews. Marketing use of customer or provider testimonials, ratings, or endorsements requires disclosure and review before public campaigns.

No legal or tax advice

Remdo does not provide legal, tax, licensing, immigration, employment, road transport, consumer, or insurance advice. Customers and providers are responsible for understanding their own obligations in the country where a task is requested or performed.

Country review and approval

Country-specific launch records are maintained in the Remdo admin launch board. The United States terms include marketplace, worker-classification, direct-payment, review, prohibited-request, provider-responsibility, and data-safety boundaries based on official IRS, U.S. Department of Labor, FTC, California Privacy Protection Agency, and FinCEN source checks. Montenegro terms are approved from official Montenegro business, privacy, market-supervision, employment, and Central Bank source checks with operator-confirmed counsel approval recorded on June 3, 2026.
